Domestic Orders


  1. It takes 2-3 working days to dispatch the order depends on the availability.
  2. COD orders will only dispatch after the confirmation from the customer.
  3. It usually takes 4-6 Working days to deliver the order.
  4. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email or phone/WhatsApp from our delivery partner.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

COD Options are not available for International deliveries.


International orders will take 10 to 15 working days from the date of purchase. Customs clearance may create delays in delivery.

Upon placing the order, you will receive an email confirmation from us with the tracking number.

Please make sure you provide us with the correct mobile number and address to avoid any delays.


  • International shipping charges will be 20 dollars and free shipping on above 100 dollar. Customs policies vary from country to country. All applicable fees, taxes and duties are your responsibility.
  • Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekends, and Public Holidays or due to pandemic situation.
  • We are not responsible for lost packages if the customer has provided a wrong address. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, Desi Pop cannot offer reimbursement for this package.
